Return Policy – Lily Halton
I put my heart into creating my bags and sincerely hope they bring you as much joy as I had in designing them. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return it under certain conditions.
Return Conditions
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
- Refund: Once your return is received, the refund will be processed within 3 to 6 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear.
- Return Address: Please contact me at info@lilyhalton.com to obtain the exact return address.
Accepted Return Cases
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been processed yet. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Product Damaged on Arrival: If your bag arrives damaged, contact me immediately with a photo of the product and packaging. An appropriate solution will be offered.
- Manufacturing Defect: In case of a manufacturing issue after use, an exchange or refund may be considered.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Exchange: Want to exchange your bag for another model? Contact me to arrange this.
- Wrong Item: If you received the wrong item, let me know quickly so the situation can be corrected.
Return Procedure
- Contact Me: Send an email to info@lilyhalton.com with your order number and reason for return. If necessary, include photos.
- Receive Instructions: Your request will be reviewed and you’ll receive return instructions.

Ship the Package:
- Pack the bag carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
- Add a tracking number and send it via email. Without this number, the return cannot be validated.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return address is located outside of Europe.

Inspection and Refund: Once the package is received, the product condition will be verified.
- If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 3 to 6 business days.
- If the bag is damaged or incomplete, the return request may be denied.
Important Information
- Mandatory Return Form: Make sure to correctly fill out the return form. Without this document, your request cannot be processed.
- Product Condition: If the product or its packaging is excessively damaged, depreciation fees may apply.
